Former Indian national team captain MS Dhoni has posted a video on Instagram after a two-year absence. Dhoni is known for being inactive on social media and has even advised young players to not use it excessively. On Wednesday, February 8th, Dhoni shared a video of himself ploughing his land with a cultivator tractor. He runs an organic farm called Eeja farm and uses the fertile land in his hometown Ranchi to produce organic fruits and vegetables.
In the video, Dhoni is seen captioning the post with “Nice to learn something new, but it took way too long to finish the work.” After retiring from international cricket, Dhoni began his organic farm, which includes poultry. There are also several viral posts of Dhoni with tractors. Fans immediately showered the post with likes, showing their admiration for his level of simplicity and his connection to the soil.
Despite his lack of social media presence, fans continue to adore him. Recently, he has been in the limelight more often as fellow players and family members have been sharing posts of their meetings and parties with Dhoni. Fans are excited to see him play for the Chennai Super Kings in the upcoming IPL 2023 season, where he will likely be representing and leading the team. This may also be his final season before retiring from all formats of cricket. Dhoni has expressed his desire to retire at the M C Chidambaram stadium in front of CSK fans, who have given him so much love throughout his career.
